Special Event on International Day of Forests 2020

Every year, the Forum secretariat holds a special event to celebrate the International Day of Forests at UN Headquarters in New York which attract participation from representatives of Member States, regional organizations, members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests and non-governmental organizations. This year, on Friday 20 March 2020, a special event was held at the ECOSOC Chamber at UN Headquarters, NY in celebration of the International Day of Forests 2020. The theme for this year’s celebration was Forests and Biodiversity.
